At our confectionery manufacture, we combine passion for chocolate and long-time experience with wafer art and science. High-quality raw materials are the requirements for the creation of our sweet delicacies. This also includes a thoughtful choice of our suppliers. All our raw materials are under strict supervision and our company-owned laboratory guarantees high quality and freshness. Only the best raw materials and attention to detail are the base of our unique specialties, which are also desired beyond national borders.



Tradition since 1849


Already since 1849, Pischinger has been famous for its unique wafer creations. Even today, the crispy-crunchy wafer classics are very popular among both young and old! What would a Viennese “Heuriger” be without one of the following traditional delicacies?


Birth of the Original Pischinger Torte 1889


Leopold’s son, Oskar Pischinger, joins the business and creates the Original Pischinger Torte in the 1880s – a product that is now famous all over the world. This invention leads the company to a strong economic upturn. Up to 1200 pieces of the specialty are produced per day.
